“When we take on our client’s event, we design the decor as if it was for our own event. We use our expertise on concept, color and style to make each and every design unique to our client.”

We are a proud family-run and women-owned business.

Growing up two sisters, Alessia and Gabriela, always had an eye for the latest trends. They continued this passion through their careers in the fashion industry. They enjoyed tapping into their creativity while working with luxury fabrics and designer collections.

When it came to their personal celebrations and events, their use of creativity was no different. A few years ago, when designing an event of their own, they sparked a love for designing events. From invitation design down to the favors, they could not contain their excitement for the finer details. This is when the buzz started from family and friends asking for help with their parties!

It wasn’t until December 2020, where Gabriela created her first balloon garland for an at home birthday party. Afterwards, she became more curious on how to professionally create balloon designs. With many hours of research and practice, she taught herself the art. Through word of mouth, people began reaching out for balloon decor, which finally led to the creation of Ciao Ciao Events.

Today, Gabriela leads all design coordination and set ups. Alessia specializes in floral design and assists with event concepts. They truly enjoy making their clients’ events memorable and beautiful.
